黒地に、四季の花々と御所車が描かれた華やかな意匠です。
 
枝垂れる桜や菊、紅葉などの花々が流れるように配置され、
日本の四季の美しさを一枚の絵のように表現しています。
 
御所車は平安時代の貴族が用いた牛車をモチーフにした文様で、
繁栄や高貴さ、豊かな人生を象徴する吉祥の意匠として知られています。
 
水の流れのような文様や重なる花々が奥行きを生み、
黒地の中で金や朱の色彩が静かに際立つ構図です。
 
袖は着物の形状をそのまま活かした大きな構造で、
腕を広げるとマントのように広がるシルエットが生まれます。
前は紐で軽く留める仕様のジャケットです。
